Does SHAYDE Beauty offer free samples?

Who doesn't love samples?! We occasionally offer free samples with purchases. At this time, we do not offer samples on a regular basis.


Do you test on animals?

No! We’re 100% cruelty free.


Are your products vegan?

Yes! We are vegan friendly.


What is the status of my order?

We can't wait for you to get your hands on some SHAYDE. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can follow the tracking number for an up to date order status. If you still have questions, please contact us at info@shaydebeauty.com and we’ll be sure to get back to you with an order update.


I have not received my package. What should I do?

Don’t worry, we got you. Check your tracking info to see when it is expected to arrive. If it is still in transit, please allow more time for delivery. If you haven't received it within 3 days of your expected delivery, please contact us at info@shaydebeauty.com.
