Lost or Stolen Packages

Shayde Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.
